Lending Options for Repairs and Renovations

This month, we’re diving into creative bank financing solutions for real estate investors! Beyond traditional commercial loans for new acquisitions, there are a variety of ways to finance property improvements and repairs without tying up your existing capital. Justin Wright with Peoples Trust Company will be sharing a few of those options with us on April 9th.

One of those options is a completely unsecured small business loan.  This loan is applicable for business entities (LLC, etc..) with at least a year of tax returns to show, can be up to $50,000, and can be closed on within 24 hours if needed.  This type of loan is commonly used for immediate needs like boiler replacements, roof repairs, etc.

Justin will also provide information on ways that investors can tap into equity to execute renovations/improvements on current units. In recent years, many investors have experienced appreciation with their portfolio providing higher levels of equity. This equity can be used to when lining up credit to support updates and upgrades to your properties.

The solutions presented in this presentation include ways to access emergency funds with absolutely no collateral, but also creative ways to tap into equity for improvements.
