This event is sponsored by People's Trust Company. Justin Wright with People's Trust will be presenting the basics of commercial loans, how they compare to residential products, and what differences can be found.  He will discuss general concepts including balloon structure, term differences, and loan to value requirements. He'll also cover what the qualification process looks like to potential investors highlighting what information is needed from an applicant. Most importantly, he will explain the use of Global Debt Service Coverage Ratio for evaluating an applicant’s ability to repay the debt obligation.  For those interested in short term flips, he will also discuss the usage of an interest only line of credit for acquisition and renovations related to flipping among discussing other products. Open networking will start at 6pm, with a short 10-15 minute presentation from Justin at 6:30pm, after which open networking will resume.
