By 2022, his strategic foresight led him to pivot towards wholesaling, identifying and capitalizing on unique opportunities within the market utilizing creative finance. In 2023, Shane founded Network 2 Networth, a burgeoning networking group that has quickly grown to encompass nearly 1,000 real estate investors. Through this platform, Shane has dedicated himself to mentoring and educating aspiring investors, providing them with the knowledge and action steps necessary to succeed in the competitive real estate landscape.
