Jordan Sedwin - From Bartender To Investor and Business Owner

This month, come spend time with a group of like-minded local investors at Queen City Brewery in Burlington, with a presentation by Jordan Sedwin starting around 6:30pm. Pizza ovens will be on, and of course the beer will flow next door if you want to grab a bite/beverage while you listen to Jordan's story!

Jordan began his journey in real estate during 2020, and though he's learned and grown his entrepreneurial career quite a bit over the past four years, he considers himself to be just getting started. Jordan will be walking us through what led him to where he is today, and where he plans to go in the future.

He will discuss how he got into real estate, the purchase of his first property, and how he parlayed that first purchase into a construction business that's now set up to perform an entire house flip in a month or less. Jordan will talk about mistakes he's made as well as what the future holds for his journey in the world of real estate and construction.
